The T-bone combines a Rib Eye and a smaller portion of the Tenderloin (the Porterhouse has the larger tenderloin filet section) for a winning combo of a cut. 3/4” thick cut steak. Weighing 1.5 to 1.10lb per package (averaging around 1.8lbs).
