From our Idaho Pasture Pigs, these pork chops are like nothing you’ve ever tasted before. The flavor, the melt in your mouth fat, these are one to be savored for sure! You can taste the difference. Now you can pick between an 1.25” thick to 1” thick pork chop with a variety of weights! Perfect for a family dinner. The USDA recommends cooking chops, roasts, loins, and tenderloin to an internal temperature of 145° F, followed by a three-minute rest.
